Arugula, Walnuts, Apples, Balsamic Dressing
Arrange a lovely handful of arugula leaves on a small plate. Top with chopped apples. Take ½ C chopped walnuts and toast on low in a heavy pan for 2 minutes. Drizzle with 1 T maple syrup. Top the arugula salad with gazed walnuts and a light balsamic dressing. Easy, fast, elegant, nutritious and... very tasty.
