Main Ingredient: Asparagus
Wash asparagus, trim off the tough ends.
On a cutting board, lay out one slice of thinly sliced ham (or turkey), and top with 1 slice provolone cheese. Place 3 asparagus stalks on top at one end, leave the tips exposed. Roll the ham/cheese and "wrap" up your asparagus into a bundle. Return the bundles to a lightly buttered fry pan and heat just till the cheese melts. (can also be done on the grill). Work well as an appetizer or as a light meal.
